摘    要:研究经准铸态贝氏体工艺处理低碳球墨铸铁冲击磨料磨损特性。采用消失模铸造工艺,经准铸态贝氏体工艺处理后,得到了贝氏体组织。冲击磨料磨损过程以冲击变形磨损为主,兼有切削磨损和凿削磨损。通过在水泥厂应用,结果表明:磨球的成本可比低铬合金铸铁磨球降低18%,而磨球的吨水泥磨耗还不到后者的80%,破球率降低了50%。

Abstract:The impact abrasive properties of as-cast bainitic low-carbon ductile iron were investigated. By controlling knock-out time, bainite structure was obtained in the as-cast low-carbon ductile iron cast with EPC process. The impact abrasive wear-off process contained the impact deformation wear as main, and also the cutting wear, as well as the chiseling wear.The application in a cement plant showed that, compared with low chromium alloyed cast iron grinding balls, the cost of as-cast bainitic low-carbon ductile iron balls could be decreased by 18%, the wear off weight of grinding balls per ton cement was reduced by more than 20%, and the broken ball rate was reduced by 50%.
