| Abstract: | Contending for excellence is not only the important measures to strengthen the CCP＇s progressiveness and improve the governing capacity which contains rich cultural connotation.Contending for excellence is an important part of socialist advanced culture which consciously develops and promotes the spirit of Chinese culture and is the representation of the spirit of the time as well. |
