炼油厂干气分离氢气装置的工艺设计

摘    要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司炼油二厂干气分离项目的工艺特点,对3种气体分离技术(即膜分离法、深冷法和变压吸附法)进行了方案比选。对比后认为本项目采用膜分离法最优。本工作对该膜分离氢气装置进行了工艺设计,包括:生产方法及技术来源、工艺流程说明、生产控制及工艺指标、物耗和能耗等。

Abstract:Based on the process characteristics of a dry gas separation section in refinery, the three kinds of gas separation technology, i.e., the separation with, membrane, cryogenic technology, and pressure swing adsorption, were compared with and selected, the technology of separation with membrane being optimum to be adopted. The process of hydrogen separated system by membrane was designed, that included the production method and principle, process specification, control and parameters, consumption in material and energy etc.
