| 摘 要： | 对真空原位反应合成炉的工作原理及其结构特点作了系统介绍，着重解决了真空冶金熔炼中加入微粉料的难题，采用了特殊的机械传动方式，利用压力差及惰性气体携带的方法将微细粉料加入熔池中并采用变频装置增强搅拌能力。该设备是真空冶金领域中的新型生产设备。

| Abstract: | The operation principle and its structure of the new type of the vacuum in situ reaction composite furnace are given in this paper. It is used to solve the problem which the micro-fine powder material will be added during the vacuum metallurgical smelting. The micro-fine powder material is added into the smelting bath by the special mechanical driving, pressure difference and inert gas carry. The frequency transformer is also applied to enhance its mixing capability. This plant is a new type of furnace in the vacuum metallurgy field. |
