摘    要:板带轧机的横向刚度和纵向刚度对于板形、板厚控制十分重要,研究不同状态下的刚度变化规律对提高板形、板厚综合控制的精度具有重要意义。在三维弹塑性有限元模型的基础上,基于某厂1420末机架六辊CVC轧机实际参数,建立了板带轧制整体有限元模型。利用该模型研究板宽、窜辊、辊径和弯辊力的变化对轧机横向刚度的影响,以及中间辊的窜辊量变化对轧机纵向刚度的影响,为轧机的板形、板厚控制量的调整,提供了参考依据,也为板带轧制过程中板形、板厚在线设定,以及控制模型的研究和优化,提供了理论基础。

Abstract:The vertical and transverse rigidity of the strip mill are important to the gauge and shape control of the rolled strip.The 3-D finite element whole model of six-high mill was established based on the practical parameters of 1420 at the final stand.The effects of strip width,roll shifting,roll diameter and bending force on the transverse rigidity of the six-high mill were studied.The effect of roll shifting of the middle roll on the vertical rigidity was also calculated.The results provide reference for regulating control value of strip gauge and strip shape,and also provide theoretical basis for online setting of strip gauge and strip shape.
