| 摘 要： | 销钉式支座可以防止支撑主桁架的支座因地基的不均匀沉降或地震作用引起主桁架在支座处滑落事故的发生.基于此,介绍销钉式支座的构造、设计和计算.并阐述了销钉式支座的制作与安装,包括放样与切割、焊接、制孔等.研究结果表明,销钉式支座与传统支座相比,构造简单、结构可靠、安装方便、节省钢材,且工艺上无特殊要求,便于推广到其它粱式结构中.

| Abstract: | This paper describes the design and construction of steel truss support for transport trestle.A bolt support is proposed with regard to its feature of preventing accidents such as main truss slipping at supports due to unequal settlement or earthquake.The paper then introduces the structure,design and calculation of the bolt support;in addition,it also clarifies the prefabrication and installation of this type support to cover lofting,cutting,welding and hole-making.A comparison study with traditional supports is then described,it is pointed out that the bolt support has a number of advantages including sample structure,reliable performance,easy assembly,and materials saving.As there is no special technical requirement,it is recommended to be used in other girder structures. |
