摘    要:研究了淬火及回火温度对HJ低合金高速钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,HJ高速钢的奥氏体晶粒尺寸及力学性能对淬火温度很敏感。1160℃淬火时奥氏体晶粒细小均匀,综合性能良好;1170℃以上淬火时出现混晶,1210℃以上淬火时晶粒全面粗化,导致韧性显著降低。HJ高速钢回火二次硬化效果明显,二次硬化峰值温度为540℃左右。

Abstract:The effect of quenching and tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HJ low alloy high speed steel was studied.The results show that the austenite grain size and the mechanical properties of the steel are sensitive to quenching temperature.The austenite grains are fine and uniform when the steel is quenched at 1160 ℃,leading to good comprehensive properties of the steel.Mixed grains appear when the quenching temperature exceeds 1170 ℃ and the grains become full coarse at 1210 ℃,which result in the drastic decrease of toughness of the steel.The secondary hardening effect of HJ high speed steel is obvious,and the peak of secondary hardness of the steel is at about 540 ℃.
