To increase quality of pure Brazil cotton 18.2 tex knitting yarn,raw material sugar-eliminating treatment was carried out because Brazil cotton impurity and sugar content is higher and spinnability is worse. Beater speed,angle of dust bars,carding machine speed,gauge and draft processing should be adjusted and set rationally,processing of larger weight per unit was adopted in roving process,draft was optimized in spinning process,finally quality of C 18.2 tex knitting yarn could reach better level.
