谈碱回收炉供风系统的完善

摘    要:新型碱炉一般采用三层供风系统。合理的三次供风的风量分配,合适的二次风分布,适宜的温度、压力和烟气残氧量,可以减少碱炉飞灰形成,延长碱炉的运行周期,以达到碱炉安全、连续、高效地运行。

Abstract:The three-layer air supply system is common to the new type alkali recovery boiler. The rational distribution of blast of third layer air supply, suitable air distribution of second layer of air, suitable temperature, pressure and suitable residue oxygen content in the fume can reduce the fly ash from the alkali recovery boiler and prolong the performance period of the boiler so as for a safe, continuous and efficiently operation of the boiler.
