槽钢精轧用复合轧辊的离心铸造工艺

摘    要:为满足槽钢精轧用轧辊的技术要求,采用离心铸造工艺生产复合轧辊.选择并确定了离心轧辊内外层的材质,介绍了离心轧辊铸造工艺过程,着重分析了轧辊外层厚度、辊身硬度及工作层硬度差的控制方法,解决了中型离心轧辊芯部球化衰退的问题.经检测,离心复合轧辊的性能符合技术指标的要求.实际生产结果表明,离心复合轧辊的耐磨性和耐用性有较为明显的改善.

Abstract:To meet the technical requirements of roll for finishing channel steel, the composite rolls were produced by centrifugal casting process. The roll materials of inside and outside layer were selected and determined. The centrifugal casting process for rolls was introduced. The control methods for the outer thickness of rolls, the hardness of roll barrel and the hardness difference of working lining were analyzed emphatically. The problem of degradated spheroidisation in the center of medium centrifugal rolls was solved. After the testing, the properties of the centrifugal composite rolls accord with the technical requirements. The practical production results show that the abrasion resistance and durability of centrifugal composite rolls are improved obviously.
