奥氏体不锈钢高压加氢阀门铸件的研制

摘    要:介绍了高压加氢阀门的工况条件对铸件材料的要求,分析了奥氏体不锈钢阀体铸件的铸造工艺参数及其生产过程中主要的铸造缺陷,从浇冒口设计、型砂工艺、熔炼和浇注、清理及热处理等方面采取了一系列工艺改进措施。所生产铸件的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织、无损探伤及尺寸和外观检测结果均达到标准的要求。

Abstract:In view of the working conditions of high-pressure hydrogenation valves, the requirements of casting material were presented. The casting technological parameters of austenitic stainless steel valve body and the casting defects in production process were analyzed. A series of process improvements, including gating and riser, molding sand, melting and pouring, cleaning and heat treatment, were taken. The testing results of chemical component, mechanical property, microstructure, nondestructive inspection, measurement and appearance for valve casting all reach to normative requirements
