铸造涂料性能检测不确定度分析

摘    要:介绍了铸造涂料波美度、密度和悬浮性的检测方法,对涂料性能检测的不确定度进行了计算。分析结果表明,波美度指标的不确定度来源于重复检测误差和波美计刻度误差,密度指标的主要不确定度来源于量筒刻度误差,而悬浮性指标的主要不确定度来源于检测数据的重复性误差。密度和悬浮性适合作为涂料产品的出厂和验收指标,波美度只适合作为生产或使用时的控制指标。

Abstract:The test methods for Baume, density and suspension of foundry coating were presented. The uncertainty of coating performance was calculated. The analysis results show that the uncertainty of Baume is derived from the repeating measurement error and scale error of Baume meter, the main uncertainty of density is derived from the scale error of measuring cylinder, and the main uncertainty of suspension is derived from the repeating measurement error. The density and suspension are suited for the delivery and acceptance test of coatings, and the Baume is suited for the control of production or application.
