铝合金车轮轮缘开裂缺陷分析

摘    要:简述了铝合金车轮轮缘开裂的缺陷特征,检测了车轮的相关尺寸、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和断口形貌,并对车轮的瞬态冲击过程进行了计算机模拟分析。结果表明,开裂车轮的力学性能、化学成分、显微组织符合标准要求,其断口部位存在细小氧化渣;而汽车的非正常驾驶使轮辋变形,最终导致轮缘开裂。

Abstract:The characteristics of rim cracking for aluminum alloy wheel were described. The related size, chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of wheel were tested, and the computer simulation on the transient impact process of wheel were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties, chemical composition and microstructure of cracking wheel accord with the standard requirements, its fracture exists tiny oxidation slag. And the improper driving makes the rim deformation, which eventually result in the wheel rim cracking.
