核三级余热排出泵的铸造工艺设计

摘    要:介绍了核电三级余热排出泵的材料要求和零件结构,采用模数法设计并计算冒口,使用铸造数值模拟软件Viewcast进行充型、凝固模拟分析,验证浇注系统、冒口和冷铁的尺寸及具体位置,保证铸造工艺设计的正确性和准确性,确定铸造工艺设计的实施方案.通过加强余热排出泵铸造生产中工序环节的控制,最终得到符合标准要求的高质量铸件.

Abstract:The material requirements and part structure of the nuclear grade 3 residual heat removal pump were described. The risers were designed and calculated by the moduli method. The Viewcast software was used for the analysis of filling and solidification simulation to verify the dimensions of gating system, risers and chill and their specific location. Thus the correctness and accuracy of casting process design were ensured to determine the implementation plan of casting process. Through strengthening the process control of casting production, finally the high quality residual heat removal pump castings up to standard requirements are obtained.
