摘    要:为满足铸态锁条灰铁铸件对硬度的要求,对铸件化学成分、炉料成分、孕育处理、浇注温度以及出箱时间等工艺过程进行了分析和理论探讨.通过严格执行熔炼工艺操作,高度重视应用孕育措施,强化生产各个环节的工艺控制,使锁条铸件的硬度满足了技术要求,并得到锁具生产企业的认可.

Abstract:To meet the requirement of hardness for as-cast locking bar gray iron castings, the craft process, including chemical composition, charge composition, inoculation, pouring temperature and opening time, was analyzed and explored theoretically. By means of strict implementation of melting process operation, high attention to inoculation measures and strengthening process control of each link in production, the hardness of locking bar castings satisfies the technical requirements, and the castings receive the recognition from the lock manufacturing enterprises.
