调节阀执行机构缸体铸造工艺的改进

摘    要:根据调节阀执行机构缸体结构和材质要求选用低压铸造工艺进行生产。分析了200#缸体原工艺存在的问题,采取减小加工余量使铸件热节变小、改进芯模结构以合理分布铝液温度梯度等工艺措施,浇注的缸体铸件全部通过无损检测和泄漏检测。试验和生产结果表明,改进后的缸体低压铸造工艺合理可行。

Abstract:The low pressure die casting process was selected according to the product structure and material requirement of actuator cylinder block. The problems existing in the original process of 200# block were analyzed. The machining allowance was reduced to decrease the hot spot of casting, and the structure of core mold was improved to distribute the temperature gradient of molten aluminum reasonably. All cylinder block castings passed the non-destructive testing and leak testing.
