冲天炉熔炼工艺及其结构设计

摘    要:概述了冲天炉有效高度、焦铁比、风口设置和炉膛形状对其熔炼效果的影响,介绍了不同季节和地区冲天炉风量控制的方法,对热风炉胆、分道送风及炉型的设计应用进行了分析.指出选择合理的炉体结构并改进熔炼工艺,在节能和环保的基础上提高冲天炉熔炼综合性能指标,有利于生产出优质铸件,获得较高的经济效益.

Abstract:The effective height, ratio of coke and iron, tuyere setting and hearth construction of cupola on its melting process was summarized. The control methods for air quantity of cupola in different seasons and regions were presented. The design and application of stove jacket, separation blast and furnace profile were analyzed. It is pointed out that on the basis of energy saving and environmental protection, the reasonable furnace construction is selected and the melting process is improved to advance the cupola melting performance. Finally the high quality castings are produced and the higher economic benefits are obtained.
