铸钢件粘冷铁机制分析及其防止措施

摘    要:针对结构复杂、壁厚不均铸钢件粘冷铁的问题,简要介绍了冷铁的作用,分析了外冷铁被铸件熔接的原理,研究了铸钢件表面粘冷铁的影响因素.通过采取工艺设计时校核冷铁质量,去除回用冷铁表面氧化层等措施,以改善冷铁的激冷能力,从而有效防止铸钢件粘冷铁,达到降低消耗、节约成本的目的.

Abstract:In view of the fusion of densener and steel casting with complicated structure and uneven wall thickness, the function of densener was introduction briefly. The mechanism of external densener fused by casting was analyzed. The factors influencing fusion of densener and steel casting were explored. The measures, including checking the weight of densener in process design and removing the surface oxide layer of recycling densener, were taken to improve the chilling ability of densener. Thus the fusion of densener and steel casting is prevented effectively to reduce consumption and cost.
