涂层碳纤维强化铝基复合材料的界面反应与断裂特征及机械性能的关系

摘    要:研究了涂SiC涂层的碳纤维强化铝基复合材料的界面反应状况,断裂特征及机械性能。实验表明,复合材料机械性能及断裂特征主要受涂层结构状况的控制。随反应时间的延长,SiC涂层不断被消耗,拉伸强度经历稍有上升、下降及大幅度下降三个阶段,断裂方式依次为双拨出型、纤维拨出型,部分涂层拨出型及平切型。SiC涂层可有效地阻止纤维与基体的反应,保证C/Al复合材料在界面反应严重的情况下仍保持较高的强度水平。

Abstract:The state of interface reaction, the fracture characteristics and mechanical properties of SiC-coated carbon fibre-reinforced aluminium composites have been studied. It is shown that the mechanical properties and fracture chara- cteristics of SiC-coated carbon fibre-reinforced aluminium composites are ma- inly controlled by structure of SiC-coating. As the time of interface reaction goes on, the coating is consumed continuously, tensile strength increases a li- ttle at first and then decreases slowly and finally decreases greatly, and the fracture ways of the composites are in order of double-pull-out, fibre-pull-out, part-pull-out, and cut-like. SiC coating can cnnstrain fibre/matrix interface reaction effectively and make the composites maintain high strength in case of heavy interface reaction.
