| Abstract: | The importance of performance management in supply chains is emphasized based on the analysis of the current literature of supply chain management. The design and realization of supply chain performance management system are introduced from the aspects of infrastructure, functions, interface, and software realization. Some related topics and further research directions are also discussed. |
