基于Pro/CASTING的铸件三维CAD模具设计

摘    要:以气缸体为例,介绍铸造模具的三维设计过程:在Pro/Engineer软件系统中,根据零件的铸造工艺设计图,对零件的三维模型进行修改,得到铸件的三维实体模型;在Pro/CASTING模块下,对铸件的三维模型进行比例缩放,进行砂芯抽取,分别在各砂芯上作出芯头、拔模斜度、配合间隙、浇注系统,并对砂芯模样进行装配、检查;之后,在Pro/MOLDESIGN模块下,进行模具分型面、结构设计。

Abstract:Taking a cylinder block casting as example, the 3D- designing process of foundry toolings wasintroduced: Based on the foundry method drawing of the block casting, the 3- D model of the block was modified inthe software system of Pro/Engineer to obtain the 3- D model of the casting; the pro/CASTING module was used tocarry out pantographic change based on the contraction rate, cores extraction, putting core prints onto every cores,draft design, assembling gap design, gating system design, cores assembling and checking; then the Pro /MOLDESIGN module was used to conduct toolings parting surface and construction design.
