| 摘 要： | 合同是现代企业经济往来的一种重要形式,能否有效对合同进行管理,是现代企业经营管理成败的一个重要因素,对合同实施全过程、全方位、科学的管理,有效控制企业法律风险,推动企业经营管理水平和经济效益的全面提高是企业合同管理的目标。分析了企业合同管理中存在的主要问题及其原因,提出了解决企业合同管理中存在问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | Contract plays an important role in the formation of economic ties between modern enterprises.Efficient management of contracts is pivotal to the successful operation of businesses.Business contract management aims at efficiently avert legal risks and improve the performance in business running and economic gains as a whole by way of all-round scientific supervision throughout the contract implementation.This essay had offered diagnoses of the major problems and causes in the current contract management as well as the corresponding resolutions. |
