摘    要:为了减小瞬变电磁发射机电流脉冲关断延时、提高下降沿线性度、改善电流正负下降沿波形一致性,提出耗能型、馈能型两种准谐振型电流陡脉冲整形电路。推导关断延时、下降沿线性度与整形电路元件参数、供电电压、电压应力的关系,提出电路参数优化计算数学模型。通过与RCD电路的对比分析、软件仿真和实验,结果表明两种整形电路关断延时小,线性度较好,电流无过冲现象,并具有与供电电压无关的特性。其中馈能型整形电路具有上升沿提升能力,耗能型整形电路具有关断延时更小的特点,适合大电感负载情况下产生稳定的、精准的电流陡脉冲,目前耗能型整形电路已在瞬变电磁发射机中得到成功应用。

Abstract:In order to decrease the turn-off time, improve the linearity of transient electromagnetic transmitter on high power project, and ameliorate the turn-off consistency, two novel quasi-resonant rectifying circuits for steep current impulse are presented, with analysis about the principle of energy-dissipation and energy-feedback circuits, in which the relationships among turn-off time, linearity and device parameters, source voltage, voltage stress are deduced. As a result, two optimizing models for device parameters are proposed. Compared with RCD snubber by PSim, Matlab and further experiments, it is concluded that proposed rectifying circuits have less turn-off time, while eliminating the current over-shot and improving the turn-off consistency, by comparison with the other published snubbers. Besides, the energy-feedback rectifying circuit can accelerate the ascending of current, the energy-dissipation rectifying circuit have the least turn-off time,while the proposed rectifying circuits are suitable for generating stabilizing and accurate steep current impulse on high inductance load.The energy-feedback rectifying circuit has been applied to transient electromagnetic transmitters.
