阳极焙烧实验炉的结构设计及其热工分析

摘    要:模拟实际工业生产中采用的敞开环式阳极焙烧炉炉室结构,设计了一台小型、简易的实验用阳极焙烧炉。热工制度上采用了高温烟气回流混合空气助燃方案,实现了高温空气燃烧。对烟气循环倍率———炉子的一个重要运行参数对燃料消耗量、热效率、烟气混合温度、含氧量、火道内气流速度以及风机流量的影响进行了详细分析与讨论,并对该参数进行了优化选择。

Abstract:A small, simple experimental anode baking furnace is designed by simulating the structure of open ring-type horizontal baking furnace used in industrial production. High temperature air combustion is realized by adopting a new flue gas strategy. A detailed analysis and discussion is made about the influence on fuel consumption, heat efficiency, temperature and oxygen concentration of mixed flue gas, gas flow velocity in the flue, and flow rate of fan imposed by flue gas recycling rate. An optimized flue gas recycling rate is obtained.
