| 摘 要： | 以CO2短路过渡弧焊过程为研究对象,开发了一套基于32位ARM微处理器的弧焊电参数采集分析系统.该系统主要由霍尔传感器、信号调理电路和基于ARM核的LPC2142单片机等硬件组成.系统软件包括单片机固件程序、USB驱动程序和用户应用程序.经验证,该系统具有良好的使用性能.

| Abstract: | The paper developed a collecting and analyzing system of CO2 gas shielded are welding based on droplet short-circuiting transfer process.The hardware circuit of the system consisted of the Hall voltage sensor,the Hall current sensor and the circuit of signal debug,the LPC2142 Pack base on ARM chip and the other needed components.The software system was composed of the LPC2142 microprocessor firmware program,the USB driver program and the user application program.This system has good use function by verifying. |
