异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊塑性流场的实验研究

摘    要:本文针对LY12和LF21的异种铝合金进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接,在被焊件不同深度嵌入示踪原子,焊后进行切割、取样及金相试验,在Mef3大型金相显微镜观察金属流动情况及示踪原子的分布状况,对焊缝前进侧、返回侧及不同深度处流场进行分析。实验结果表明,一方面,靠近焊缝顶部的流动主要受轴肩的旋转摩擦控制,而靠近焊缝底部的流动则主要由搅拌针上螺纹的旋转搅拌控制,这就会产生不同的流动状况;另一方面,在焊缝前进侧靠近搅拌针的区域,材料随搅拌针一起从前进侧流向返回侧,而在离搅拌针较远的区域,材料会向后流动;但在焊缝返回侧,材料均向后流动,只有少量材料流到前进侧。另外,从返回侧向前进侧的材料流动将在焊缝产生一个材料的竖直混合,以及围绕焊缝纵向轴线的复杂的循环运动。
