摘    要:通过燃烧器放大后移加炉底风的热态模化法.对某电厂长宽比为1.5:1、六角切圆布置的水煤浆大型电站锅炉空气动力场进行了系统的试验。研究了燃烧器在高长宽比、六角布置方式下炉内流场,贴壁速度以及前屏前气流速度偏差的变化规律。冷态模化试验结果表明:对于高长宽比的炉膛结构,采用燃烧器六角布置方式可以形成一个非常合理的炉内流场,同时,燃尽风反切布置可以明显减小前屏前气流速度偏差,降低炉内气流的发散。图10表1参3

Abstract:The paper reports on study result on aerodynamic field in a high length-width ratio, large capacity CWS utility boiler through the method of hot simulation after amplifying combustor and adding furnace bottom wind. Through the experiments we get the changing methods of flow field inside the furnace, the velocity near the furnace wall and the velocity misalignment in the front wall airstreams. It is concluded that, for the furnace with a high length-width ratio, hexagonal arrangement could lead to a rational flow field, what's more, the counter-tangential arrangement of overfire air could reduce the velocity misalignment in the front wall airstreams evidently and the effluxion of in-furnace flow.
