基于MATLAB的螺旋锥齿轮齿面数据采集方法

摘    要:鉴于螺旋锥齿轮是复杂的空间曲面,故采用对齿面离散化的方法采集数据。在由加工参数确定的理论齿面模型上划分一定规格的网格,并编写MATLAB程序计算得出各个网格节点的空间坐标,将其作为理论齿面数据。实验结果表明该方法采集的数据精确、有效。

Abstract:Because a spiral bevel gear has complex curved surface,we use the curved surface discretization method to collect the tooth surface data.The theoretical model of tooth surface which is identified by the processing parameters is divided into grids.Then write MATLAB program to calculate the space coordinates of each mesh node,which are taken as the theoretical tooth surface data.Experimental results show that the data collected by this method are accurate and effective.
