A型地铁车辆转向架构架优化设计

摘    要:结合我国国情,提出了一种新的转向架设计方案。利用有限元软件ANSYS按照UIC 615-4和JIS E4208标准对A型车辆转向架的焊接构架进行了结构强度分析计算。分析静应力计算结果,评估构架的整体强度,在此基础上提出优化方案,重新校核计算后,相关参数指标均满足规范要求。

Abstract:In this paper,integrated the domestic situation,a new design idea of metro bogie was put forward.The weld frame structure strength was confirmed by UIC615-4 and JIS E 4208 using the finite element software ANSYS.According to the analytical results,the static strength of weld frame was estimated and the structure of weld frame was optimized,the correlative parameters of the optimized frame could meet the standard requirement.
