| 摘 要： | 近年来,在烟草行业中条盒的包装广泛使用喷胶电磁铁。目前使用的条盒喷胶电磁铁普遍存在着一个共同的缺陷,即启动力矩偏小。过小的启动力矩导致条盒胶点大小不均匀(甚至漏点)等现象存在。为了解决喷胶电磁铁启动力矩偏小的问题,结合相关理论及生产实践经验,提出了电磁铁应用领域的一种全新的控制模型,即电磁—双弹簧控制模型。通过应用该控制模型改进喷胶电磁铁,不仅成功解决了喷胶电磁铁启动力矩小、响应慢的问题,同时可以根据实际工况进行力矩调整,使产品可靠性得到提高。 |
