| 摘 要： | 对高炉卷扬上料系统的控制方式作了简单分析,介绍了基于SiemensPLC的控制系统的设计思路以及变频器重要参数的设定;叙述了在施工期间遇到的问题并提出了解决办法。该系统的应用,提高了高炉上料系统的稳定性,降低了上料系统的故障率。

| Abstract: | This paper simply analyzed the control ways for the charging system of a blast furnace in general.Then introduced the design idea of the control system based on Siemens PLC for the charging system as well as the parameter setting of the frequency converter,described the question and resolvent in construction period.The application of this system improved the stability and reduced the trouble rate of the charging system. |
