摘    要:优化设计能较好地把现代设计理论和经过长期实践验证的设计内容结合起来,在保证产品达到设计指标并满足一定约束条件的前提下,通过改变某些允许改变的设计变量,使产品的性能指标达到人们的期望值。综合应用拓扑优化和尺寸优化技术对于全新结构的设计是非常关键的,有利于发挥设计员的创新能力,提高产品的市场竞争力,甚至能复演产品的设计过程。重点介绍了机床横梁设计中结构优化技术的应用。

Abstract:Optimization design can commendably combine the modern design theory with design work being have practiced and validated for a long time.In the condition of ensuring the design index of product and satisfying some restriction,via changing some design variables allowed to change,the product performance index can achieve the expected value.This paper mainly introduced the application of the structure optimization techniques in the design of machine crossbeam.
