基于Fluent的不同阀芯与阀体组合的数值模拟研究

摘    要:从理论上分析液压节流阀的最佳结构形状,利用Fluent软件对不同结构阀芯与阀体组合形式内的流场和压力梯度进行分析。分析得出:单独改进阀座或阀芯时,阀芯对内部流体流动影响较大;在所建立的模型中,双锥面阀座与单锥面阀芯结构的组合阀内流体流动最稳定。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the optimal structure of hydraulic throttle valve theoretically,and studied the flow field and pressure field of throttle valves with different structure combination of spool and valve body by Fluent.The results show:changing the structure of valve spool has more influence on the internal fluid flow of valve than changing the structure of valve seat;the fluid flow of the throttle valve with double-cone valve spool and single-cone valve seat is the most stable.
