摘    要:阐述了采煤机行走机构工作原理,应用UG和ADAM S对某大型采煤机行走机构建立虚拟样机,并对此样机进行运动学仿真分析,得出虚拟样机各级传动角速度与理论设计值之间的误差,分析结果为采煤机行走机构的结构设计与动力学仿真分析提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper discussed the basic principle of the shearer's travelling mechanism,built the virtual prototype based on UG and ADAMS,and carried out kinematic simulation of this virtual prototype.The error of angular velocity between the value of virtual prototype and theoretic value was obtained.The results can be taken as the guideline for future structural design and dynamic simulation analysis.
