功率器件的散热研究

摘    要:随着电力电子技术的不断发展,电力电子设备的散热问题变得日益突出,尤其在大功率应用领域。由于功率器件的损耗发热造成的温度升高,影响到器件的工作性能和系统运行的可靠性,这就要求必须采取有效的散热措施。综述了当前应用研究中不同的散热与冷却方法,并进行了适当的分析,提出了基于大型有限元分析软件AN SY S进行热模拟分析的方法。
