双机架平整机组摩擦因数模型的开发

摘    要:双机架平整机组湿平整轧制过程中影响摩擦因数的因素较多,采用常规方法无法回归问题。在大量的现场试验与理论研究的基础上,通过对辊缝中润滑油膜厚度与摩擦因数之间关系的定量研究,建立了一套双机架平整机组湿平整轧制过程中的摩擦因数模型,解出了双机架平整机组机架间的延伸率分配系数,并将其应用到某1420连退平整机组的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
