基于程序设计与ADAMS的牛头刨床机构运动学分析

摘    要:针对常用的牛头刨床机构进行运动学分析,用VC对其动力学方程进行编程计算其运动特性。根据机构简图用UG完成三维建模,在ADAM S中对模型进行虚拟运动仿真,得到机构的运动仿真图,为机构的设计及优化提供参考依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the kinematic analysis of a common shaper is carried out.The motive characteristics of the shaping mechanism is calculated with VC on the basis of kinematic equations.The three-dimensional model of the mechanism is set up with UG,the virtual simulation is completed with ADAMS and the motive simulation map is got.This work provides reference for the design and optimization of the mechanism.
