| 摘 要： | 石油战略市场由于进口石油量的逐年增加,对中国经济的影响在日益加剧。确保中国经济增长的石油资源的保障供给,在未来相当一段时期显得尤为重要。指出,利用石油钻井技术在中国建立安全的石油战略储备运输工作体系,并做好海洋环保工作,已迫在眉睫。
