摘    要:应用UGS软件建立了某新型大采高电牵引采煤机摇臂的三维实体模型,并应用ANSYS软件对其进行了结构模态分析。通过对摇臂前16阶模态特征的分析,得出以下结论:该摇臂的各阶模态频率偏低,表明摇臂质量较重,有利于对摇臂的振动进行抑制;第5阶模态的振型特征及最大振幅发生位置正好是摇臂断裂的多发位置,在摇臂设计中应对此给予足够的重视;除第5阶外,其余各阶模态对摇臂整体的强度和可靠性影响不大。

Abstract:The three dimensional solid model of the ranging arm of a large cutting height shearer is established using the UGS software,and the structural modal analysis for the ranging arm is implemented using the ANSYS software.The preceding 16 modes are extracted and investigated,and it is pointed out that:The mode frequencies of the ranging arm are relatively lower,indicating the arm is relatively weighty which is helpful to restrain the vibration of the arm.The maximal amplitude of the 5th mode occurs at the posi...
