900t架桥机支柱有限元分析

摘    要:针对900t架桥机JQ900的支柱受载后的内力问题,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元分析。首先,建立架桥机支柱的三维有限元数值分析的数学模型;然后,详细分析了架桥机在作业过程中支柱处于危险工况下的应力和变形情况,并绘出支柱变形的位移图和应力云图,计算出支柱的应力应变值;最后,将有限元分析的结果与架桥机的设计和施工要求相比较。结果表明,对架桥机支柱的有限元分析不仅在理论上起到了检验与校核的作用,还对架桥机的设计和操作过程都具有指导性的意义。

Abstract:Aiming at studying the internal force of supports when 900t bridge erecting machine JQ900 was loaded,finite element analyses of the JQ900 supports were done by utilizing ANSYS sofeware.Firstly,three dimensional finite element mathematical modals were established.Then,in the dangerous working condition,the distributions of stress and deformation in the JQ900 supports were analyzed in detail;the deformed displacement graphs and stress graphs were plotted;stress and strain in supports were calculated.Finally,the finite element analyses were compared with the demands of design and construction.The conclusion shows that finite element analyses of bridge erecting machine supports not only play a role of check and inspection in theory,but also provide reference on design and performing processes of bridge erecting machine.
