| Abstract: | On the basis of the current situation of the high rise buildings in China, the paper analyzes the characteristics of high rise buildings and the hazard after the occurrence of the disaster. It finally discussed some technical problems such as quick alarm, safe evacuation, control the development of the disaster as well as the rescue etc. |
