基于客户协同的定制产品开发模式研究

在大规模定制环境下,企业很难准确地把握客户的个性化需求,从而使企业的制造属性难以实现优化,在定制产品开发过程中引入客户协同机制是解决该问题的一条有效途径.文章在分析客户协同内涵的基础上,提出了基于客户协同的定制产品开发模式,论述了该模式实现客户协同的过程,给出了客户协同环境的实现方法.开发了一个支持该模型的系统原型,并成功应用于电子产品的定制设计.

Research on the Development Mode of Customizing Product with Customer Collaborating

Under the environment of mass customization,it is very difficult for enterprises to hold the customer's individual requirements clearly,which makes optimization of enterprises' manufacturing attributes hard to achieve.Thus introducing the mechanism of collaboration in the course of customizing product development is an effective way of solving this problem.In this paper,according to the analyses of this collaborative concept,author presents a mode in coordination with customization products development,discusses a process in coordination with realization and gives a realizable method in the cooperative environment.As a result of practices,author develops a systematic prototype of supporting this model and applies it successfully to the customizing design of electronic product.
