中国航海博物馆钢结构建造方案对比及安装过程分析

摘    要:通过有限元Midas/Civil软件,分析对比了竖向支撑安装和抗侧移预应力支架安装的支架体系方案,最终确定采用抗侧移预应力支架体系施工方案.按照中国航海博物馆实际的帆体钢结构安装过程,在六级风荷载作用下,模拟分析了此方案施工的动态过程,了解到施工过程可能存在的危险工况.根据施工过程动态模拟分析的计算结果以及局部构件的强度和稳定性验算结果可知,在六级风荷载作用下,帆体结构和支架体系的强度和稳定性均满足要求.

Abstract:The support installation schemes of vertical support and anti-lateral displacement prestress scaffold are compared by the means of Midas/Civil soft to select the scheme of anti-lateral displacement prestress scaffold.Based on actual installation process in China Navigation Museum,the dynamic construction process is to do simulation analysis under six-grade wind force resulting in knowing dangerous loads during construction process.The strength and stability of sail structure and scaffold under strong wind can meet the requirements according to the results of dynamic simulation,and calculation strength and stability of partial members during construction process.
