环保型阻垢剂PASP的合成及性能评价

摘    要:以马来酸酐和铵盐为原料,合成了环保型阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。PASP最佳合成工艺条件为马来酸酐9.8g,铵盐为碳酸铵,铵根离子与马来酸酐物质的量之比为1.5∶1,氨化时间3h,聚合时间2h,并用原子吸收分光光度法对在最佳工艺条件下合成的产品进行了阻垢性能评价,结果表明:当PASP加量为10mg/L时,对硫酸钡的阻垢率达86.5%。

Abstract:Environment-friendly scale inhibitor PASP is composed of maleic anhydride and ammonium salt.The best compositing process condition for PASP is that maleic anhydride is 9.8g,ammonium salt is kind of ammonium carbonate and the mole ratio of ammonium ion and maleic anhydride is 1.5/1 with 3hr ammonization and 2hr polymerization.Performance evaluation on scale inhabitation of composited PASP by means of atomic absorption spectrophotometry shows that anti-scaling efficiency against barium sulfate reaches 86.5% when PASP is added to 10mg/L.
