BSL-3实验室内尘粒浓度与菌粒浓度的检测分析

摘    要:在静态的情况下,对中国CDC某BSL-3实验室内的含尘浓度和含菌量进行了检测,并对二者之间的关系进行了分析,经数理统计计算发现尘埃粒子浓度和菌浓度的相关系数r为0.863,相关性显著。这为研究实验室内空气的含尘量和菌量的关系又提供了一些实践经验。

Abstract:In static state, Atomy particulate concentration and bacterial concentration were tested in the class 3 biosafety laboratory of china CDC.The relation of particulate concentration and bacterial concentration was analyzed in detail. The results indicated that the atmospherial particulate concentration and bacterial concentration has remarkable relativity.At the same time,some practice experience was given.
