主变桩筏基础有限元分析及配筋建议

摘    要:受到主变油池深度和基础埋深的限制,桩筏基础承台厚度一般较大,且一般都凭经验双向配筋.这里对已设计桩筏基础进行了有限元分析,并根据已有厚承台的拉压杆理论,对主变桩筏基础的设计提出了改进建议.实践证明这一改进可在保证安全并降低承台造价.

Abstract:Limited by the depth of both oil sump and that of the foundation, the pile raft cap is always designed rather thick, and the reinforcing bar is usually disposed in double way empirically. Here with finite element method the analysis to the conventional power transformer's pile raft foundation is made, basing on the tension compression member theory of the deep caps, improvement to the design of transformer foundation pile raft is proposed. Practice has proven that the improvement can ensure safety and reduce the construction cost of the pile caps.
