摘    要:对造成烟气换热器(gas gas heater, GGH)结垢堵塞的根本原因--烟气携带石膏、除雾效果不佳、吹扫不足、煤种和石灰石品质下降等因素进行了具体分析,提出针对性的改进措施:对GGH设备进行改造,加装导流板;对机组进行运行调整.整改后,GGH结垢堵塞和差压升高的问题得到缓解.

Abstract:Fundamental reasons for scaling and blocking in gas-gas heater(GGH),such as gas with gypsum,poor defogging effect,insufficient purge,degradation of coal type and limestone quality and other factors are concretely analyzed,and targeted improvement approaches are proposed: redevelop the GGH equipment by installing deflector and carry on operation adjustment.After the improvement,problems concerning scaling and blocking in GGH and rise of differential pressure get relieved.
