手机电池面板的注塑模具设计

摘    要:通过对手机电池面板结构的分析,选择了产品的材料并确定了注塑机,采用UG4.0对手机电池面板的注塑模具进行了设计,并详细分析了模具的浇口设计、侧抽芯设计和顶出系统设计,对产品的成型部分进行了优化.

Abstract:According to the analysis to the part structure,the material and the injection molding machine were chosen.The injection mold of the back shell on mobile telephone was designed with UG4.0,and the mold design including the gate location,the side core pulls system and the ejection system was investigated in detail.Finally,the molding system was optimized.
