摘    要:通过对线玻璃绝缘子自爆内因和外因分析,说明污秽、高运行电压、大张力、微风振动是导致自爆的主要原因。结合500kV砚西甲乙线自爆绝缘子的更换需要,介绍了自行开发的一套更换500kV输电线路耐张绝缘子串靠导线侧第一片绝缘子工具,可供同类检修参考。

Abstract:Through analyzing the interior and exterior factors of toughed-glass insulator self-shattering, it is shown that pollution, high runnig voltage, high tension and breeze-vibration are the main factors that causes self-shattering of the toughed-glass insulator. To meet the needs of insulator replacement on a 500 kV power transmission line, a self-developed new tool for replacing the insulator closing the conductor in a combined insulator-string is introduced here for the reference of the similar maintenance work.
