一起500kV断路器重合闸拒动的原因分析

摘    要:500 kV贤令山变电站500 kV山花乙线线路发生B相瞬时接地故障,控制该线路两个出线断路器的其中一个断路器保护重合闸没有动作而直接三跳,而另一个断路器保护则重合成功.通过对故障时各保护装置的动作情况的分析,作了相关的模拟试验,找出该断路器重合闸拒动直接三跳的原因,提出相应的对策.

Abstract:An B-phase instant earthing fault happened on the 500 kV Shanhua circuit No.2 of 500 kV Ling-xianshan substatoin. One of the two circuit breakers (C/B) of this circuit failed to reclose and tripped three phases C/Bs while another C/B reclosed normally. With analyzing series of relay protectoin actuations during the fault, and demonstrating relevant simultations, the reasons that causes such mis-operatoin is found.
